These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the website of Wave Tribe.

All products shown on the website are offered without obligation. Product colors may vary slightly from the photos.

All prices shown are in euros and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are added during checkout.

An order is final once the payment has been completed. We offer several secure payment methods, including iDEAL and credit card.

Orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. You will receive a Track & Trace code once your package has been shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout. Pre-order items may have longer delivery times.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns must be announced by e-mail to info.wavetribe@gmail.com.

• All tags must still be attached

• Items must be in their original condition

If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at our contact form on the website. We always aim to find a solution.

We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information you provided.

Complaints can be submitted via info.wavetribe@gmail.com. We respond within 5 business days.
